When will my doll ship? (Includes updated status.)

If you've ordered a doll that's in stock and paid in full, or completed your layaway payments, we typically ship within a couple of days of receiving the final payment. We try for next day, but to be totally honest that doesn't always happen. We're also closed on Sunday and Monday, which can impact our shipping schedule.

If you're pre-ordered a doll and are wondering when it'll actually arrive, that actually varies a great deal based on the doll and the manufacturer.

These are the more popular dolls we currently have on pre-order, and what we know about when to expect them:

• Custom House: Our November 1st order just arrived.

• Dollheart: the last Ivory and Wine Fers should arrive before mid-January.

• Elfdoll: Winter Fantasy Kathlen will be shipping in January.

• Soom: In stock now.

• Souldoll: the November order will hopefully start shipping soon.

• Unidoll: The order we placed at the end of October is starting to trickle in.

We figure it takes up to a week before items "shipped to us" arrive from Korea.
