The Corolle Company, born in the magical Loire Valley of France, has for almost 30 years gifted the children of the world with its beautiful, well-crafted Corolle dolls.

Traditionally, Corolle dolls' faces have been designed to be realistic and expressive. Many have dimples. The skin color is of soft flesh tones, and is lightly scented with vanilla.

Corolle dolls are meant to be played with. The eyes are secure in their sockets, the hair firmly rooted, and all seams strongly stitched. Most dolls (except those with wigs) can be washed in cold water with a mild soap such as Woolite. The dolls should be placed in a pillowcase to protect their hair. They should be air-dried. Corolle dolls are sturdy enough to withstand years of play. Their clothing is also washable in cold water.

A variety of sizes and styles of dolls are available, from the 8" Corolle Mini-Calins to 17" toddlers and 20" babies. There is even a line of "bath babies" , dolls which are sealed so no water can collect inside. Whatever the age of the child, there is a suitable Corolle doll.
